Hotel Parnil residency

No coordination among the staff and services are very very delayed... overall not a good hotel to stay ... not worth for the money paid

It wasn’t bad, my only problem was that there was only two small lights in the room which makes the room dark especially at night. If you’re not a picky eater like me the food was edible

Worst experience & poor service & facilities & could have provide a lot better

I had a great stay at the hotel.The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city. While there were a few minor issues, overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Good, except for linen wash used. . But rooms were clean and the staff was humble.

Good rooms and also hygiene is maintained as well. Is recommended for anyone who needs hotel near airport.

Clean and tidy, staff friendly, room service good, check in and check-out shall be 24 hours. Early check-in charges had to be paid. Food is good but a bit costly. Service time of food shall be faster. House keeping lacks. But the property is worth money

Cleanliness of room is ok but food is not good need to improve food quality provided by the restaurant

The hotel is near guwahati airport, the rooms are clean and the staff is also very friendly. Had a great stay

We liked the overnight stay for our early morning flight. However the hotel didnt provide an extra bed or mattress even though we were willing to pay for it. We were a group of 1 infant and 3 adults. We ended up getting an extra room just for a few hours. That was just unreasonable.

Bathroom and room floor wasn't clean at all. On top of it, staff behavior was also not up-to the mark

very poor hygiene in the room. I can't sleep the whole night. I get reaches in my body when I sleep on the bed.

Staff was okay, room were spacious but bedsheets and blankets were dirty and in washroom taps and toilet seat were broken

They have maintained the quality of their since 5 years now which is commendable. Neither do they charge extra on arrival. The furnishings are well maintained. Tata sky works on the tvs which is a rarity these days. Food is also not bad with reasonable prices. The receptionist that day was also very gentle and cordial. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Very close to the airport and clean rooms. They allowed early chekin at 7am with just rs. 500 extra.

Location was good but experience of stay was not good. Even the expectation was also not there but even toilet flush was not working in the bathroom.

Will not recommend due to below: dirty bed, dirty washroom and room was not cleaned properly and pillow cover was also dirty with stains
