The staff were responsive and very friendly. Hope to stay again whenever I visit guwahati again.

Bad service experience..

location is good but amenities are not available as per promised. They demand 300 extra for AC facilities and currents not available for 3 hours.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the materials provided in the hotel were terrible. Stained pillow cover and bedsheet. Mosquitoes bit me the whole night. Dear All Don't book any room because asked extra money and don't provide AC room and

I didn't tried the food over there but the rooms were good, i booked for an Non-Ac room but on reaching there i upgraded to an Ac room because it was too hot in Guwahati That Day, Of course i had to pay a little more for that. The Ac Room which i got then was a good one, Spacious and Clean. The hotel was near from Airport and could be reached by walking from Airport.

100% disappointment from make my trip as i called for resolution but they were not even able ro provide any solution

I didn't expect much as the review was very low but turns out to be good and the staffs are very approachable and nice👍

Bed covers and blankets are not clean. Not a value for money stay

Hotel is good. When i reached the hotel, restaurant was under renovation. So I made use of swiggy and zomato. The room was good, but a few cockroaches were visiting me evry night (one even came up to my bed to say Hi 😂). Other than that hotel is good, with very well behaved staff.

There there torn bedsheet given to us. The blanket smells like armpit and there is no blanket cover or bedsheet cover the pillow has so much spit stain and very much disgusting the spit stain smells a loot unable to sleep and they provide goodnight for mosquito but it has harrpic smell which spread all over the room and we were unable to sleep that's all.

No complimentary water bottle on arrival provided. Location of the hotel is pathetic. However the staff is a bit good but there is no restaurant facility. I request you please don't advertise such a bad property to stay people from outside.

Average need to improve to much ambience is very poor and not suitable for family as liquor shop at the entrance of staircase.

Location of the hotel should be updated on mmt. Display board of hotel on the front of building should be displayed to avoid confusion for customers.
