This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The place is a complete disaster and calling it a “3-star hotel” is nothing short of false advertising. Don’t fall for their fake promises. • The room was filthy – floors were dusty, and even the cupboard had dirt and stains inside. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. • They didn’t even provide basic things like a towel, and when I asked, the staff was careless and unhelpful. • TV didn’t work, and the WiFi was practically useless – slow, unstable, and constantly disconnecting. • There was no hot water, even though they claim to provide it. After complaining multiple times, there was still no solution. • The entire place felt poorly maintained, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. This hotel is a complete rip-off – the price they charge is absolutely not worth it. If you’re expecting even a basic standard of comfort or cleanliness, stay far away from this place. I regret booking this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone.

My stay at the hotel was average. The room was clean but quite basic, and some of the facilities could use improvement. Staff were polite but not particularly warm or attentive. Overall, it was an okay experience — suitable for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service and amenities.
