Location is good

Stayed at this hotel for one night in terms of room cleanliness is okay but bedsheet are not clean. Location wise it's near chennai railway station though good for one night.

My experience is very bad. First thing is she is not open door at night. 2nd is hi demand extra many. 3rd is i am booking 3 adult 3 bed hi giving mi one bed only

Amenities were normal. No food service is available at the hotel. Location is good as its near to chennai central railway station and on the main road at periamet.

When i went to the hotel for check in, the manager said no such booking is with us. Then i show the printout of my advance booking with mmt. The hotel was under renovation. Water in the tap is poor quality with brown colour. Bed was poor quality.

The check in time was 12pm but i arrived in the hotel around 6am. So i asked the receptionist to consider that. He started to behave rudely. Thenhe asked extra 900 and i denied to pay. I did not stay in that hotel and i went to another hotel. He was rude like anythiny

Hotel appears to have been an old one - colonial style high ceilings, representing 'faded glory. Nevertheless, the hotel is in a vantage location.

They don't know rooms are vacant or booked by online. After visited to hotel i realised it, only its location is good. I booked room in this hotel by seeing it's know road location.

Hotel was not good and staff members also

This is the worst experience i had in my entire life. The receptionist initially rejected saying that they don’t have any booking and after i insisted he checked in his system and allowed me to check-in. Also the hotel manager wanted turned off the electricity in the building in order to save electricity bill amount. The room which was provided to us didn’t even had a window. It had no ventilation and without electricity the room was pitch black and we had to open room door. Although i paid the booking amount, during check-out receptionist demanded extra money and after a huge argument i didn't pay him. Rude, unprofessional.

Rooms having insects and mosquitoes, manager doesn't know Hindi or English only local language, tap of wash basin not working. Even after complaint did not change the room, already forwarded issue.

No hot water, gave us room on the 3rd floor. No food service. People were okay there but still not happy with the amenities and room was small.

Entire room is full of sand and foot mats was not clean AC is not working properly. No plates provided for eating. Oyo team please we have a huge loyalty on you plus don't get this kind of hotels into our family they will destroy our good will.
