    Terrible Stay

    When we reached the location the attendant told us that water is not coming in the room & he said he’ll provide us some other hotel’s room. When we shifted in that hotel the room was pathetic bed was uncomfortable all springs from the mattresses were poking. Washroom’s window glass was broken. It’s was pathetic we paid 2700 which was a total waste of money

    The accommodation provided was inadequate for two people. No bedding change. No cleaning of the room. Water was dropping from the ac throughout the use. Door locks weren't working and the place lacked hygiene and cleanliness.

    Dear sir, room was not allotted in casa lopes panjim, instead of that they transferred us some other hotel in cala gute which is 20 kms from casa lopes. Extra 1000 rupees incurred by us for taxi to transfer, room they given us at cala gute not even worth of 1000 rupees, that the way we are cheated.

    we had reserved bhk for 4 guests and upon reaching for checkin we were told that the reserved category is preoccupied by some other guests & were therefore offered a 10x10 size room with a single 6x2 bed . We had to book an alternate property to settle down. Horrible experience.
