We understand that network connectivity can sometimes be a challenge in certain areas, and we continuously work on improving our Wi-Fi services to offer the best possible experience. Regarding food, we’d like to clarify that the meals served are from our in-house restaurant, Zoyetree, where we take great care in providing fresh and delicious cuisine. As per our policy, we do not allow food inside the rooms to maintain hygiene and prevent spills that may attract ants or cause stains that are difficult to remove.
