Hotel is good, rooms are good, staff is very cooperative but location is at very interior from main road approximately 200-300 meters with a single road, which makes it little in accessible

From the moment we arrived, this property felt like a hidden gem. Nestled right next to the forest, yet just a stone’s throw from the bus stop and market, it perfectly combines convenience with tranquility. With only five rooms, the stay feels exclusive and intimate, each space thoughtfully designed and lavishly equipped for comfort. The food here is a treat! The buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide spread and flavors that impressed the entire family. Service went above and beyond—staff are attentive, always available, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Jithin: when my daughters forgot their handbag, he personally called and ensured it was couriered safely to our home. Such thoughtful gestures make the experience unforgettable. Evenings were magical. We enjoyed a cosy bonfire, sometimes by the poolside with soft music playing, creating a perfect setting to unwind. The swimming pool itself is ideal for both kids and adults, making it a hit with the whole family. Every detail here reflects care and attention, from personalised service to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a retreat that blends comfort, nature, and exceptional hospitality, this place is a must-visit.

Cousy place. Green area. In the evening they made a camp fire for us. Breakfast we enjoyed on our balcony.

Poor service. They are not coorperative with outside services. They charge significantly higher charges for jeepservices. They made us checkout 3 hours early. Our checkout time was 12 pm and they made us leave at 9. They did not give information and bookings related to boat services. Paid for a stay with family and made us exit early. The rooms were good but not the service. Lazy staffs! If u want to do your own stuffs without their help, go ahead waste

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The hotel ambience is awesome. We had a complementary breakfast as kerala special dish(idiyappam and paya, and we had a complementary fire camp at night with music. The staffs are polite and friendly. Not so far from prime locations of thekkady. Had a car parking spot. Would suggest this is a good place to stay in kumily

Our stay at casabella was excellent. We had a very good experience starting from the warm welcome at the reception till our check out. . Rooms were very clean and tidy. Duplex pattern of the room was excellent. Nice architecture. Staff's were very curtious. They were very cordial and helpful. Food was good. Only thing is very less varieties. . Drawback are property was very small with less amenities. That can be improved. Another one is the road to casabella is very narrow. Was told that road work was going on. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay at casabella. M

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here next time we are in thekkady
