Room was not clean, wash room was not clean and hygienic. Bed sheets were not changed. Have vacated the room early due to above reasons

My recent stay at this was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The most glaring issue during my visit was the severe water shortage. The hotel relied on a tanker for water supply, and for nearly 6 to 7 hours, there was no water in the washrooms. This inconvenience was not only surprising but also highly disruptive to any guest's experience. Cleanliness standards at the hotel were appalling. The rooms and common areas lacked basic hygiene, which was a major disappointment. Additionally, the attitude of the reception staff was another significant letdown. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing little regard for guest comfort or satisfaction. Basic amenities that one would expect in any decent hotel were missing or inadequate. For instance, parking facilities were not available for cars, which is quite inconvenient for guests arriving by vehicle. The location of the hotel also raised concerns. It felt compromised and unsafe, especially during the night. This factor alone made the stay unsettling and contributed to an overall negative impression. It's worth noting that the hotel seemed to cater primarily to couples for short durations, perhaps explaining some of the operational shortcomings.

Very bad experience in this hotel. Used bedship and pillow, in bathroom leaked water, dirty dustbeen, this is not like a 3star hotel, it's just like general hotel, room is too small

Wrong update no breakfast food dinner. .

Hotel charges for early check-in which was not mentioned anywhere, even the receptionist was so rude. Ethics and behaviour was not good. I won't travel to that hotel anymore. Overall i give 0 rating.

Awesome experience. Owner & staff behavior is too cool & good. The service was also very good. I have to come to indore officially once every 2 months. From now on, whenever i come to indore, i will stay here. There is also inverter backup in case of electricity failure. In all the hotels i have stayed in till date, i always have to ask for tv and geyser, here there was no need for it. Almost all the channels were available on tv.

We liked everything with every arrangement, and the entire staff team provided outstanding services.

The stay was fantastic. Every facility is superb. Each staff member is polite and performing well. The food, service, accommodations, and hospitality were all really great.

From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone on staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent meal and always ready to assist. Rooms are organized and spotless.

Everyone in my family, who also visited there, thought it was a terrific spot to stay for extended trips. The rooms are spacious and provide enough room.

The hotel was ideal for my entire family. It welcomed families and had pleasant visitors. We felt at ease.
