Location worst, rooms worst,not at all place for stay…..I never inver recommend any person for ds third class so called hotel

It's very very bad experience for me and i felt why i selected this hotel and why i used make my trip. Hotel people not allowed me to check in they asked extra money. Only after the payment of extra money by me they allowed us. Because no choice for me in that last moment. Not interested

This was one of the worst experience in my life, i have worked and stayed in chennai for years. This hotel management misbehaved to me and my family. I have done the booking and when i went for check in, the hotel management said that the rates i booked the hotel is very less and they couldn’t provide me a better room, they showed me the worst room without cleaned, air conditioner was not working, toilet wasn’t cleaned, and they refused to give me the air conditioner remotes stating that the air conditioners are not working in all the rooms ( we came to know from the hoses keeping that they are not giving the rooms with ac, they do it every customers who comes booking ). I have asked them to return the payment if they can’t provide a clean room with air conditioner, but the hotel manager was shouting and yelling at us. I would always recommend to stay away from this property. It was one of the pathetic experience we had.

My stay cannot be explained, as they didn't allow us to check in, as we were before our time of check in time. Well they could have charged us more but they didn't even allow us to be seated there comfortably nor did they allow us to use their washroom. I will never recommend this property to anyone thank you.
