Good One....
The property was in a good location as i was travelling from Vekankanni to Chennai. New property, clean and well maintained. No food available due to Diwali ....

Nice Place
Very nice place to stay in pondicherry , good restaurant nearby for lunch and Hotel people provide food too

Excellent Stay
It was a great experience staying at Cannan Residency. Rooms are very clean and near to the boating to Paradise Beach. Nothing to complain. Few suggestions. 1. For suite room one common basin outside bathroom. 2. Mirror will add value.

simply excellent
with a decent budget and good location we were expecting it to be a good stay. and guess what it turned out to be exactly the same. the room size amenities, cleanliness everything was great. the addon was the breakfast which we ordered (with extra cost) was super delicious south tiffin. you won't regret booking a stay there. they got big parking space also . and they helped us with bike booking also. hoping to see them again.

Good Stay
This is a newly build hotel and very close to paradise beach boat point counter, it’s a walking distance only, near to this hotel there is very good Restrurent with all kind of foods, only one suggestion to the management that they should keep the rooms more clean.

Terrible Stay
I have gathered a horrible experience during staying in the hotel.No other guests were there except us.There was no House keeper except the manager. The hotel is in isolated area.They dont even provide 1 liter mineral water for four person. Bathroom drainage system was not good. Bathroom was feeling up with water and came out to the bedroom and flooded and when i said about the matter the manager told me that they dont have any house keeper to clean it.There was full of mosquitoes,we couldn't sleep in the night.
