Hotel Lax Residency

The hotel is located in the heart of White Town, all nearby tourist spots are easily accessible on foot, as well as quality vegetarian restaurants. The ambience and amenities are excellent. Service is top notch and the staff members are extremely helpful and pleasant.

Hotel is near to rock beach and all other visiting places. Overall it's very good and hygiene.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Overall wonderful stay.

I stayed at the lax residency for 1 night, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they will provide bike rental with reasonable price to explore city , room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Vimalraj bro shown good hospitality while checking in , shifting rooms , and while checking out he was very helpful to get auto . I strongly recommend good place to stay in pondicherry

Location is best if u want to stay close to Promenade. But the hotel is very basic with amenities. No lifts despite 4 floors. Rooms are cramped. Balcony is for namesake. The only good part is management. They were very accommodative. There is no breakfast provided by hotel. You need to go out to get yours. The staircase is very cramped to get in and out.

Location details : right inside white town, near rock beach. road-side parking available. Room : a small room with minimal facilities. Soap, body wash and so on things weren't provided. The cot was creating loud noise even when you turn aside while sleeping. Staff behavior : Pleasant, well behaved

We stayed in Lax residency for aday and the stay was comfortable. Room was neat and clean.A/C worked well.loacation is good all are available nearby.Beach also in walkable distance. Staffs behaved well. only discomfort we find is no lift facility.otherthan that we really enjoyed the stay.

We had horrible experience there. No parking area available. The car we drove to Pondicherry fell to open drainage next to hotel. Nothing provided in the room like soap, Sampoo etc except a bottle of water. We fail to understand why and how can suggest hotel like this. We have decided to stop using for hotel booking in our next tours

I visited the hotel as a couple and the place was neat and clean, easily approachable. Hotel staff was very courteous and cooperative.

We had a very pleasant stay at Lax residency. Rooms were very clean , good washroom , neat and clean . Owner and person in charge were very helpful and nice. The rate was reasonable. Walkable distance to beaches and other cafés .

We booked 3 rooms and we were happy seeing the room condition and way washroom was cleaned and maintained. Owner was also very supportive and helped us in making sure we get our rooms and are satisfied with the room. In this budget it was good. Parking was in open but there is no issue many cars were parked like that only.

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean with enough water supply and a geyser for hot water. Ac was good. Staff were friendly and guided us about the visiting places. Car parking was on the road in-front or on the sides of the hotel, but it was fine. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. - siribabu g
