Rustic rooms right on the beach! so peaceful! it is a minimalistic hotel without any distractions. Best for a peaceful stay!

The stay was comfortable & relaxing. Quality of food was great. The staff here is very humble and co operative.

We had visited in october and the weather was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we had direct access to the beautiful talpona beach. This is a boutique resort with 8-9 cottages. As we had opted for a sea-facing cottage, we had direct view of the sea from our cottage. The sit-out area of our cottage was perfect for morning or evening tea. Cottage is comfortable with fan, aircon, shower, sit-out. The restaurant serves good local and continental, seafood with beverage options. Neighboring shacks are also walkable in case we feel like. Overall, a memorable stay at neelchand.

I have stayed in the property from 3 rd may to 5 th. Location is awesome, u are just by the sea. Sunset is all yours to enjoy. Coconut trees outside your cottage gives the whole place a beautiful feeling. Staff are friendly. But amenities needs to be improved alot. They dont provide complimentary water bottles. Bathroom is small. Dont go fo a single room if three persons are travel-ling cause rooms are not that big. Nearby there is no nice restaurants so if u are staying then it’s better to have your own mode of transportation. But ya is u just want to chill by the beach whole day then this place is heaven.
