Room was not clean, wash basin was not working, location was not proper, hotel staff denied entry.

It’s a horrible and dirty building and dirty apartment with lizards and mosquitoes. The images of the rooms are not matching with what is reality. Bed sheets were bad and unwashed. Rugs were dirty. Sofa was so dirty they we could not even sit on it. No food available. No security. I was with wife and 2 kids. We checked in at 12 midnight as we came from airport and we were waiting till morning to get out of the place. One bathroom had no light. And imagine the loo was not flushed when we entered the apartment. It means there was no maintenance or cleaning done after the previous guest left. There was a half drank bottle of breezer and a used packet in the wardrobe.

Hotel location show 2 different location at same place. No one the reception that room not going to allow you book entry booking at another hotel which demand higher price. i face this issue even after at real time coordinating with property owner. So don’t expect that you talk with property owner and you can get your check in at arrival.

Rooms filled with bedbugs. Sofas broken. Brown stain on bed and mattress. White stain on the broken sofa. Walls were damp. Cockroaches and bedbugs were everywhere. Immediately left after 2 hours. Nothing short of a renovation would fix this plave. The mattresses should be burned.

The accommodation was for my staff. even after paying. the manager did not allow my staff to get in. he charged 500 extra at the hotel. this was disgusting. Also no breakfast, no water in the hotel. Disgusting.

Terrible experience. The property is unmanned. There is no reception. No room service. No intercom. No towel provided. No wifi. No tv in room. Poor upkeep of the property. Things that were promised not there. This is not a hotel. Please be more selective in your properties. Attaching some photos. Lift not working. Bad bad bad experience.

Nice home stay felt like home only thing is faced that there were no almirah no place to keep clothes otherwise had nice stay, very supportive owner co owner and staff.

Nice facilities and good atmosphere with taking care and humbleness

Very untidy and staff was not there at the property and was not even picking calls.

Extra payment issue pay for hotel

There was no service not even a lock, the person or rather caretaker stayed somewhere else, it's a barren property with some rooms

They are asking for extra money before check-in. Even the rooms are not hygiene.

This place is only true in its room photos and map location but not the description and name of it. The hotel Dewa is on main road and nice but this apartment is tucked away in some street some 300 meters from the hotel. The entrance to this apartment is shady from the backside of the apartment which does not have a reception or anything. There were a few boys who were smoking and teasing each other at the entrance when we reached there to check-in. One of them escorted us to the room. The room is one of the bedroom of a two bedroom apartment which has common areas like dining and living room.

Stay was good. Nice place, locality was good. There was no mosquito coil in a room. Because lots of mosquito's were their in a room.

It is an apartment no attached bathroom for room. No locks provided for the room. Unsafe careless attitude of the caretaker

Rooms hall, dinning is good, don't expect complementary breakfast from hotel you will get only 2 prices of bread slices( Jam/butter )with tea.

Location address itself is wrong and is misguiding customers. Nobody is owning the mistake of wrong address and location map of property. Service at the hotel is very poor

Poor service, bad food, no hygiene, poor attitude of staff.
