Everyday the rooms are cleaned on time without asking and excellent services provided in all senses.

It was a nice stay at Bhawna Palace with delicious food and prompt service.

Don't even think of booking this hotel. I booked it for some guests at my home for marriage. And I was so embarrassed after seeing the room quality and services of these duffers. Please don't even think of even booking this hotel.

We literally had to fight with hotel guys and shout to tell them that we need good quality room. The room which they had first given us to stay had really bad smell, had fungus on the walls on the bedsheets. It was really bad. Considering the shortage of room availability we had to book it in there. But I must say. Never book a hotel in here rather reschedule your trip

I travelled from Delhi to Agra for business purpose and stayed at Bhawna Palace. It was a nice room, clean toilet and caring stuff. Washroom ventilation was not working, they have to take care of small maintenance.

Jug for water was very dirty and smelly. But apart from this all is good service, staff behaviour. And also breakfast buffet variety is not so good but value for money I would recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel.

Had a peaceful stay here. The hotel is situated only a few KMS from isbt and is well connected.

Room was good, location ok nearby highway. Food restaurant small and vegetarian people like me little difficult to sit relax our food.

On reminding an omelette in breakfast staff refused curtly.

During my solo trip to Agra, I checked in here and found good stuff and good food with very affordable price. It was a good experience. Rooms are good but lack of maintenance.

I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip here. Good budget hotel, rooms are ok. Staffs are quite polite and helpful. Less variety in breakfast menu.
