Worst environment as no shutter in window for all rooms but location is very very good

Pros: proximity to taj mahal: the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the taj mahal, making it an ideal choice for visitors planning to explore this iconic landmark. Nearby dining options: guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants situated within walking distance, offering diverse culinary experiences. Affordable accommodation: the rooms are decently maintained and offered at reasonable rates, providing good value for budget-conscious travelers. Cons: room maintenance issues: in room #308, there was a defect with the lock, which resulted in a cut on my middle finger. Hot water availability: our room lacked hot water; however, we managed by using the facilities in our other two rooms. Mattress comfort: the mattress in room #308 was excessively soft, which may not be comfortable for all guests.

Choosing this hotel was my wonderful experience with staff members and the ambiance, glad to say that i made the right choice to stay at shahazan hotel in agra. You should book this hotel it's just 5 minute of walking distance to taj mahal.

Excellent service nice rooms overall good

View is superb as we can see tajmahal right a head of us. But stay wise, it is not comfortable. Smells really bad and not clean. Food is available in the rooftop which was way to salty and it was expensive.

Location of the hotel was good, its very near to taj mahal, but the service was average, they didn’t change the bedsheet and pillow cover, and after asking they gave the replacement after couple of hours.

1) rooms are like any laudge. 2) wash area and toilet bathroom area was very congested. 3) stairs are very dangerous for up and down with laggage. 4) due to parking are not available and front road are very congested for taxi, so cabs driver either drop around 1 one km away from hotel or they called one km to the taxi for pickup. I am very disappointed.

I found my hotel on make my trip, i choose this hotel bcz this hotel is nearest to the taj mahal and view from hotel rooftop is good. I found this location really good for stay, staff is co-operative & they also guided me about how to visit in agra. They make my stay easy & comfortable. I will definitely stay there if i have to go agra again

The wall of the room was crumbling, the bed sheet and pillow near the bathroom were also not good, the blanket was also in color, i did not like it.

2. Bad experience

Room just horrible. Extremely bad. Bathrooms are worst beyond description

Grit services and good staffs behaviour.

I have been provided toilet without jet to use. I have two ladies with me. How can they use other toilet without jet in. No table no chair. Staff was good.

hotel location is good but in hygiene I give zero out of ten

Washroom is so dirty, it's smelling very bed. Even door lock also broken.

Management is not good, not provide room on the time.

Staff behaviour was appreciating. N food quality was awsm.
