The stay was very good, food location and facilities provided by hotel is upto mark.

Rude behaviour by hotel reception. No towel. No shampoo, no toliet items. If u book through MMT, they will not serve u better. Worst experience, rude behaviour by staff. No toilet items.

there is lot of disturbance from heavyisic in neighbouring building, toilets not functioning well.

This is an old property, but the location and room size is great. Happy with hotel services, although it certainly needs an upgrade which will add much value to the property

The room size was decent but the bathroom required urgent maintenance. The shower sprayed water in all directions, and the bucket was so dirty that it had visible plaque on it. Water drainage was poor both in the bathroom and the wash basin where water started flowing backward instead of draining properly. Service was quite slow. I had to wait so long for assistance that I actually fell asleep while waiting. The next day I had to call three times just to get water. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay this might not be the right place. There was no iron provided in the room and guests are charged for laundry service (though the charges were reasonable). The food was also below expectations breakfast options were very limited, and the Thali I had for dinner on the first day was not good at all.

provided drinking water is pathetic, very poor service, room size is ok, location is ok. over pricing. Provided AC are Switched off by hotel at their will. We called them for service no one responded even after multiple call even at reception also.

No parking facility , poor service , location is good,swimming pool is behind,breakfast food qaulity is bad

Stayed with my family. excellent property, nice location, rooms are spacious, food is very good. The only area to improve is their washrooms. they need renovation. apart from this the hotel is nice and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, but the washroom door, basin tap, and hanger were not cleaned. I've not tried the food, so I’m neutral on that part. The main highlight is that it is very close to the Taj Mahal’s West Gate and the metro station.

television was not working there breakfast was not upto the mark and nonsoaps and toothpastes was provided.
