Resort is good. I feel maintanence team should be more active. rooms are clean but washrooms are not upto the mark. check in check out, room service, food, beverages , ambience everything I would rate really good. A good place for family to stay .

Amenities are not well maintained .Room are untidy and poor unhygienic bathroom.We regret that we booked this.Food is fine from tiki village .

It's in a peaceful location away from the hustle bustle of the city, good ambience, nice rooms, amazing food and the cocktails are just awesome

Property is pretty big with good ambiance, room was ok and food was really good. Staff at bar were very good at service and despite rain they were managing in getting the order to table swiftly. Paid breakfast was good but could have had more options on the buffet instead of limited but was decent charge. Pool was big and mostly empty but cleaning was not upto the mark. Fan in the room wasn’t working and when complained to reception they gave a vague reply that it’s AC room so fan won’t work. While the booking was for 3 adult not sure why the question about do you need extra bed from the receptionist. All in all it’s a decent place to stay and priced budget friendly.

A beautiful experience all together if you avoid standard of rooms. Set up of restaurants,place,nature it’s making it a good mix. Room’s cleanliness & supplies to be reviewed.

I recently stayed at BELLA CIAO RESORTS and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean interior of the lobby. My room was spacious, well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. I especially loved the attention to detail, with amenities like complimentary toiletries and a coffee machine in the room. The Wi-Fi worked great, which was important for my business needs.

We stayed in the resort, it was the worst experience we ever had, not at all worth for the money we paid. Washrooms were nightmare they didn't provide toiletries ever after multiple request, they didn't clean the wash rooms at all. Breakfast area was hell lot of dirty stuffs inside and looks like they have not cleaned those serving vessels from decades. We regretted every moment we were there. Only thing we were happy about was the manager he helped us to change the room. Restaurant authority must look into the state of the resort and should take some action

Food was good & budget friendly. Will try to visit again in future.

Worst experience i had, when we reached found no electricity. They charged 1000 rs extra apart from mm t booking.

bathroom is not good outside scary 😫 entry road is very bad condition

The rooms were very unclean, smelly and i could see a condom packet on the room when checking in. Yuck!

Place is really good with amenities like adventure games and pool. Food is also great along with a lot of variety of drinks. However, needs improvement in terms of rooms, especially the bathrooms.

My stay was on part of an event and for two days. Very good hospitality by the staff. Vast area to spend time with. Very good food. Calm stay away from the city noises

This resort is wonderful to stay with family and frnds as they are close to the nearby city and accusable location, i found this on mm t and reached the resort by google map location. Inside resort is good but entering road and parking place is not good condition. Front gate watchman at resort entry at dead end road is not knowledgeable person. Mis guiding person, be-careful
