The property was very clean. The staff was amazing and the food was tasty as well. Coffee was great. The staff even helped us to get cabs booked. Amazing experience!

Fan wasn’t working, some switch wasn’t working, and the water kettle wasn’t working. Should improve in a better way for parking vehicle for the person who come for delivery food and orders because of this there was a problem

Room was full of cockroaches,Tv was not working and terrible Wi-Fi service very limited and food was average only

This might be my 5th stay in Vanusa residency. I find the rooms clean and spacious. The staff is very responsive. Breakfast is very delicious with a variety of options. Food at the khanavali is good but if you are looking for non- veg options there are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity.

Not enough Parking space in hotel. Room was not cleaned properly, there was a used cloth hanging in the window- might be previous customers. Rest is good. Helpful staffs and neat bathrooms

Food is Good. Location is Proper. Services are good. Rooms are very good,neat and clean. Dental kit and a small tube of Moisturizer is required.

Staff received us in a good way, room was nice and neat. Smooth check-in and check-out. But only problem was couldn't change check-out time as we checked in late in the evening. Apart from that everything was good.
