Review Of BASANTA CONVENTION

Everything was perfect until there was constant power cuts and also when I asked one of the staff to get me some liquor he took extra charge which was more than that I have expected. The food and room was nice also their behaviour.

Excellent stay and good hospitality

This is a new property, clean and well maintained. Service and food, overall, is good. We stayed in 4 executive deluxe rooms (1 room was upgraded to suite). All rooms are very spacious. The hotel has a sprawling, big, well maintained lawn, which added to the attraction. 2 things, which could have been better- 1) The room design is not good. In each room, we found an open basin area (some very near to bed). This should be within the wash room. 2) Restaurant area is too small (max 12 people can sit). Also, they should have breakfast buffet option (we had to order specific items).

Food and room service are very excellent. Room is very well and hygienic. All staff are very helpful l

It's a copy stay. Good see view room. Room size is also good. Food is awesome. Location i liked because it is a bit outskirt and not crowded. Surroundings are very pleasant.

Room service is very good. Beheviour of service person is nice. And good place for car parking and nice location but no complementary breakfast.
