It is a tribal experience . There is no water in the room,no main door handel, window glass are broken. No mug in bathroom.romm are extremely dirty.service of hotel are extremely bad.it is a horibal Experience

The property location is good, but food is average and amenities or service are also average but good

enjoy and still we enjoyed and said WE GOT IT

Horrible experience. Our total tour was a complete let down. The pictures of my trip are nothing compared to the reality. The behavior of the hotel staff is appalling. The rooms on the ground floor are extremely unhygienic. Please avoid this hotel.

3rd grade hotel Washroom is too dirty. Room service is too poor. How mmt approved without checking? No exhaust system in Washroom. What is meaning of Super deluxe room? Pls arrange refund

Nice gest house. Staff behavior excellent. Food is so good 👍

The hotel was not worth the price. The AC exhaust fan was placed in the balcony which made the floor wet and slippery. Also another outlet was put above the toilet seat which made people wet while sitting there.

The location is good just near the sea but the room is not good. Toilet not clean & bad smell. Water licking from the tap and commode. The window glass is broken. Food is also not good quality and good taste. Cleanliness also not good

food we r not tried really..just once it is not bad...property's location was soo good I must say...but the hotel rooms are not so good against the charges of the rooms...but overall they are cooperative...I give them 7 on 10..

The washroom is good. But the room and the balcony is not so good. Employees are quite good. But room service is not so good. Overall 6 on 10

The property is in very good location, and staffs are very polite and good. Great for family, friends

service was very poor.but first day room gave very poor,second day room was good.but staff behaviour was very poor.

The walls were very dirty. A roach had come out from under the bed at night. The sofa cover was very dirty. The mattress on the bed was high and had holes in some places.

The terrible hotel it was, room conditions were very very bad. Tv was there but there were no connection. No geyser was available.

Hotel was good. Though it was untidy but it was decent. And hotel staff were helpful. Though the unexpected weather at digha changed the mood of this trip negatively. But otherwise overall good.

Near sea beach, foods are good, staff behaviour is good, rooms are well maintained. Overall good choice for spending holidays.
