Property location is behind digha police station, Rooms & staff behaviour are good their restaurant service are stopped but they cook your food as per requirement.

First they denied to checked in for solo but they gives the room and the hotel was good room was big neat and clean and closed to beach

It's a good stay nothing in my stay that's earning them average it's their food it took the whole 1 and a half hour to serve me my simple dinner roti.

Breakfast facility not available, after insisting to the receptionist he has arranged breakfast from outside premises. 2. Cook and butler service not available. 3. Shaving mirror was not clean, unable to see our faces. 4. No newspaper available. 5. Team/coffee maker available. Overall experience bad. water glass and water kept jug were not clean. After asking the hotel person they said we don't have extra water glass.

Well maintained & decorated hotel, 3min walk in distance from main road/digha ps. Every usable item was working properly except geyser, lift facility under maintenance, overall a 4. 5/5.

Hotel utopia restaurant is closed without any information during booking at mm t neither by the hotel. It is good to stay here but the restaurant is closed and as a result we have to face difficulty in arranging food from outside. So mm t please be sure to confirm before booking. Thank you
