During check-in, I had booked two rooms : one was the larger Haveli Family Room with Balcony, and the other was the smaller Glass Room with Lake View. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the larger room had a flushing issue in the toilet, so we were initially given a twin-bed room instead.
Later, we were shifted to the Glass Room with Balcony, but it was not up to the mark — the AC wasn't working at all. We waited for nearly two hours, but the issue wasn't resolved. Eventually, we were provided the originally booked Haveli Family Room with Balcony, but even in that room, the AC was barely cooling, and the toilet was extremely small.
Overall, we had no other choice but to adjust. The hotel seriously needs to upgrade the AC systems in all rooms, as many reviews on Google also highlight similar issues.
