I stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Following are my honest points - (1) location is poor, hotel is built very close to the shamshaan & kabristaan, and also slightly cutoff from city and is on a secluded corner of lake where there are no people around and lake is not managed at all. Even auto drivers take min 200-300 rs coming to hotel and even some autos refuse to go. (2) hotel provides only 1 liter of water (2 bottles of half litre) in room per day. We were 4 guests in room and obviously 1 litre is too low. I have been to other hotels and generally trend is providing 2 bottles of 1 litre. I asked them and they said that it costs, so you can imagine hotel does not want to spend rs 20 on water bottle for the guest. Mind you the amount i paid was at par with rates of 4 star hotel in any good city. (3) lake view restaurant is good, staff of restaurant is good. Food is good. (4) don't go by the views of lake given in pictures as you will not be spending whole day sitting in window watching the view. Moreover, i would say view is from far and is average view only. (5) staff is okay and is just following the guidelines set by the owner. (6) in the name of lake view this hotel is charging a lot, and imagine hotei staff saying that if they provide rs 20 bottle water, it will be an additional cost to them. I paid exorbitant price which i felt if i had taken a hotel near city palace or in the city then it wud have been better and wud have saved me on travel-ling cost and time. (7) room size of deluxe room is small, i booked one month before travel-ling and i was provided a room where there were two single beds, after complaining they changed the next day. So, it shows there is no planning at all, they had my all details one month before and still they gave me double room for first day.

Location, food, service, and behaviour of the staffs all are excellent. Beautiful property for family stay.

Through mm t i found the property and it was perfectly matching as it was advertised. Located within a residential area, close to the pichola lake, the room view was very good. Manager, receptionist and all employees were cordial. Breakfasts were superb. Need to improve cleanliness and the general ambience.

The good: - Very nice view of the lake - Great food along with an excellent view of the lake! (including the complementary breakfast) Staff service is very good (also arranged a last-minute cab to the airport) - Location is a bit inside, but I like it as it's away from traffic - Close to all tourist attractions - Hot water Could be better: - Bathroom quality - The mattress can certainly be better. Overall for the price its a no brainer!

Hotel location is in front of pichola lake and nearby fateh sagar lake. Hotel staff is very supportive. Food was good.

Room toilet was lacking hygiene standards also shower head is fully corroded and hot water geyser was not coping up and flow of hot water was very less. Food and live guitar performance was the best in this stay

Nice place to stay. Decent rooms. High time linen, towels needs to be changed. Restaurant food is good but service need be improved.

Stay was good. Breakfast menu have limited options. Service is slow. Rooms were clean, but washrooms have old fittings. Staff was good and supportive.

Its a nice experience, you will get delicious food and great staff. But there is no taj hotel view, in-case you are searching hotel with full lake view than this is not an option. Otherwise its a really great option for lake view.

Room ambiance was awesome. Food is cheap and best. Hotel staff behaviors very polite and nice. Whenever i will visit to udaipur again i will opt for same hotel. Location and site seeing perfect.

Last minute they transferred my location to another property, the property was good but there was too much headache for parking room cleaning no facilities we can say completely unprofessional paid 500 for parking for one night and if you plan with baby please don't book this hotel

It was my first time in udaipur and in sargam sadan but i didn't feel like new, all staff over there are ar too much supportive and they treated us like family member, thank you sargam sadan.

The stay was pleasant, the rooftop restaurant has good food with good service. Really loved it. Thats all

This is a good property near lake pichola. We had a good stay, their rooftop kitchen is also very good and offers good view of the lake. But if they could improve on cleanliness a bit it would be great, if beddings were more cleaner it could have been great.

Very nice views from hotel, close connectivity to tourist placeces. Should be covered parking, food was vey good. Service was good. Overall experience was nice.

staff and rooms were good the terrace cafe had amazing chefs and food

Rooms were clean, service was also good and they have amazing terrace view at night which is the best part of their hotel

1. The location of hotel is convenient, not in the congested old city area at the same time not far away from tourist attractions in city. 2. Everyone at hotel is very courteous and helpful. Mr. Neeraj provided detail guidance for visiting tourist attractions in and around udaipur. 3. Rooms are sufficiently comfortable.
