I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.completely different from what was actually provided.
To begin with, the “unlimited buffet breakfast” that was advertised turned out to be a complete joke. Instead of a buffet, we were given just one tea and a samosa – nothing more. When we questioned this, the staff was rude. On top of that, the so-called “breakfast” was served at 11:30 am, practically at lunchtime. This is outright and unacceptable.
The room amenities were far below standard. Cleanliness was questionable, with stains on the bedsheets and dust in the corners. Basic facilities like proper toiletries, clean towels, and working Wi-Fi were either missing or not functioning. To make matters worse, when I requested a towel at night, it was only provided the next morning, showing how poor and unresponsive the service truly was.
The staff service was extremely bad, and the owner’s behavior was shockingly rude. When I raised my concerns about breakfast and service, the owner flatly told me, “Do whatever you want to do, I will not provide you breakfast.” Such arrogance and lack of professionalism are unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
What was showcased at the time of booking – be it comfort, hospitality, or facilities – was nowhere close to reality. It felt like a complete guests in with false promises.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice before booking. It is absolutely not worth the money, and there are far better options available.
