Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I recently stayed at Golden Faither Hotel, Udaipur, and the experience was extremely disappointing: • No bath towels were provided until 6:30 PM. • No proper handwashing facility. • Bathroom and rooms were not cleaned. • No drinking water was supplied in the room. • Room linen was badly stained. • Air-conditioner was not working and no remote was provided. It is unacceptable that such a property is listed on your platform. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take corrective action, including reviewing this hotel’s listing to prevent future inconvenience to other customers. Kindly update me regarding the resolution.

The manager was very impolite. He gave the room at 10. 45 am. No early check in was given. But i booked the property with early check in. I reached the property at 7. 00 am in the morning but he allot the room at 10. 45 am approximately 4 hours later the bath vasin of the toilet in the room was broken. And the water was coming properly. Thay didn't provide water for drinking. But i have to purchase the water from outside.

Service was very bad; you will not get anything if you ask for. Don't book breakfast as in breakfast they have very limited thing e. G, poha and bread butter only and taste was also not good so your money will go waste. Toilets & rooms were not cleaned at all. No bottled drinking water available they will water from their ro. Behavior of staff was not professional at all. In room you will not get tv remote if you want to see news and all. You need to ask for the remote.

Terrible experience

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and i can say that, there is significant hygiene and cleanliness issues. 1. Bed linens were very dirty and had stains. 2. Bathroom was in very bad condition, there was black tap water running, bucket and dustbin had paean stains. 3. Staff were not professional and were disrespectful. 4. We had to ask for drinking water, towel and soap several times then we got it. 5. There is no parking space for car and no staff room for drivers. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. You might get fooled by seeing good pictures of the room but in reality your experience will be very bad.
