Rupis Resort near Udaipur Airport

TOO MANY INSECTS IN THE ROOM , BRAKFAST WAS OK.

Zero cleanliness in rooms. No hygiene can be observed anywhere. pathetic stay.

Cleaning was not good washroom was dirty and even mosquitos inside the room bad smell in the room no readymade coffee and tea was available in thr room Location was excellent but not satisfied on the cleaning washroom was stinct badly and not proper cleaned even amenities was also not place in the room coffee tea ready-made.

Good Property, Location near airport, good quality food, service quality good, ambience of the property is good

1. In the add it was mentioned distance to airport is only 700 mots but actually it nay be 1500 mts. 2. Room - not in good condition 3. Bathroom - shower - poor. Jet spray - no pressure 4. Food - ok but very limited menu 5. Service - poor there was marriage function was going on hence it was difficult to sleep

Room was pretty ordinary compared to pictures shown. No wifi facility in room, wash room was dirty, taps were jammed & door of washroom was jammed. Main-door locking was also not closing/opening properly. Ac of given room was not working, got to shift in other room. No positive response was shown by the staff for improvement. Though room service staff behaved well.

Horrible place to stay, especially when staying with our family ladies, as there’s no absolute social security at all. I had the nightmare of my stay, since a drunkard, whether an inmate / co-guest or a paid goonda that i didn’t know, who came and knocked our room’s door in the night and entered vehemently and pulled our ladies out assaulting them, with a view to harass / molest e the ladies and then we yelled, but no one came for our rescue, thanks to dabok police personnel, who are nearby and rushed to our resort / room in no time and helped us. I could neither find a new a hotel in the late night, nor could sleep at my room through night. It’s such a nightmare that no other guests should invite through this rupis resort and must have some guts to stay in.

The ambiance of the resort & room interior is good & spacious. Restroom fittings are rusted and shall be replaced. I have not tried restaurant food. So i can't comment. Staffs are good.

Had a good experience at rupis. There were wonderful atmosphere, nice and very big area. Once you visit this resort you will love it.

Outside atmosphere is good. However rooms are normal. Water for normal purpose may need to processed like ro. Could have been better if airport shuttle provided as nearby approach.

Very dirty rooms full of insects, room with bad odour, dirty towel. Its not worth being called as a resort it is as good as a lodge.

Neat and clean rooms and very helpful staff. The maintenance, however, could be better. Same goes for staff training. They are very sweet and helpful, but could be better trained to keep up with the hospitality industry. All in al, the stay was good and hassle free.

Room service and food are good. And also location is very easy found. Resaption service for any help we are getting service quick.

1. Pathetic washroom condition, rusty all the taps and shower. 2. Lots of insects are roaming inside the room on the floor. 3. No transport facility. 4. Teared bedsheet. 5. Tea bags and sugar bags are already tasted by insects. And the so on and so on. List is endless. So don't waste your time and money here.

Service is very poor overall but resort is good for stay and party pool is good but some hidden charges

Not very good rooms, and maintained not so well. Many ants were in room and in bed as well. Informed this to room service but no actions.

Rusted shower, rooms full of mosquito. Food was good. Lot of work is required for comfort stay.

Service is bed. Room is not cleaned. Food taste is very bes. Bed. Is not a 1 star category resort bcs it’s a normal hotel. Totally management are bed. Staff behaviour is not good. Only means by money. It’s room like 1000 rs not 3000 category. I mean totally waste of money
