Dirty, Bug-Infested, and Unhygienic – A Truly Terrible Stay

Very disappointing stay. Room was dirty, bedding sticky and unclean, full of bed bugs and ants. Bathroom had no hygiene. Don’t understand how this hotel is rated so high—terrible experience.

Hotel location is good but amenities and services are not at all as per a 3 star hotel standards. They were filling the mineral water bottles and serving. These bottle were already used. And rooms were not clean, no proper intercom connection and no active channel om tv.

They vl cheat u on menu prices. Double check your order with prices. No toiletries available, no bathroom slippers, no towel, nothing. Receptionist didn't cooperated, rest things were fine. Taste of the food is average. Parking is good.

Location of hotel was good. Room was good. But there was bar under the hotel. Food so costly. The Green Chili Restaurant near the hotel is very nice food they have. Overall good experience with the hotel, except the bar. I don't want a hotel with a bar.

The hotel rooms are not adequately maintained and the towels supplied are very old/dark. We had to ask for white towels every day. Even coffee or tea was served after about 30 minutes only. Charged very high and is not worth it.
