Hotel Lake Metro

There are lots of scope for the upgrade. Bedsheets were a bit dirty, room was not so clean, and they are charging for water, like seriously. They can improve if they want and they must need good trained staff.

i stayed in the lake metro for 2 night and 3 days...hotel rooms are clean and cozy too... staff eager to help us...over all i enjoyed my stay and feels safe too

The rooms very pretty nice but the staff behaviour and availability is a big issue . There's a serious need to recruit more staff as it took way too long for them to bring item like water to my room

The hotel is professional, neat and clean. The Rooms are spacious, the Restaurant option is Good. The hospitality is appreciated, as they have ben open for that

Nice property for Family and Corporate. Service is also good. Location of the property is also good you can easily reach the hotel from Railway station.

The basic toiletries were not available and we had asked for them. Also hot water was an issue.

Very bad experience with the hotel and staff. Poor management of restaurant. Though it is shrigo 3 star hotels but doesn't full-fill 3 star rating.
