I had an excellent stay at Hotel Taviral. I booked the suite room and it was really spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff came every day and kept everything neat. The hotel staff overall were very polite and helpful. The food was also great – really enjoyed it. Totally happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place. If you’re looking for a scenic view from your room, this might not be the right choice, but apart from that, the hotel won’t disappoint you. The swimming pool and foosball table on the terrace are nice bonus points that made the stay even better.

The hotel was situated at a prime location. They provide every amenities from good food, clean bed, washroom to clean cupboard. The staffs were professional and if you are women traveller then this place is safe and best for you.

All good .All hotel area and places are very good

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the experience better. However, I was not happy with the food as most of the main items from the menu were not available. Overall, it was a good experience.

Food and stay was soo pleasant. Reception people was very humble and rental bikes were provided for the guests which is very helpful.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Right from check-in, there was no warm welcome, no courtesy, not even a simple “goodbye” or “have a safe journey” at checkout. The reception staff seemed completely untrained and unprofessional, only reminding me repeatedly about pending payments instead of offering any hospitality. Despite discussing with the hotel owner via MMT beforehand and agreeing to pay extra for a surprise room decoration for my wife, nothing was arranged after check-in. I kept requesting at reception, but nobody helped. Even when I called the service boy to the room, he didn’t come for assistance—only later turned up asking for a tip. The receptionist ( girl) was equally rude and expressionless, with no greeting or smile. Breakfast service was also poor, with the same cold and careless attitude. Overall, I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel. If I could, I would give 0 stars

The hotel’s service and everything was very good, there was nothing lacking in the service. However, as per the room cost, it was quite high. The pictures are taken in such a way that the room looks much bigger than it actually is. Yes, the room is big, but not as spacious as it appears in the pictures – it’s just a little bigger than normal.
