Poor hygiene, we told them to change the bedsheet after checking in as it was very dirty but they told us that it's clean and due to that I got rashes all over my body midnight, the doormat was not there at bathroom door, They don't know what deep cleaning is!No towels or any other thing provided, would not recommend to anyone who is looking for good hygienic rooms.

Poor stay
With extra amount paid 500- for early checkin waited 1. 5hrs for checkin room was not ready, electricity was irregular and lift was not working properly due to lack of electricity, luggage boy was also not fully attentive to guests, door locks were not properly equipped.

Terrible Stay
This hotel management staff has no sense to how talk with customer. They had not provided eminities which was already included in the package like ac not started until l we are not reached to them. 1 of 2 room had no ac available for 1 day. Also when i had asked for reimbursement for that they quarrel with us. They not provided drinking water in room. Linnen not provided. Very worst experience with this hotel. This hotel should be remove from mmt

I request for the early checkin, but this facility not provided by the hotel & i have to weight around 5 hours in the morning. Also there was zero refund, before booking it is showing zero cancellation charges, but after booking it is showing no refund will be given.

The bathroom tap was a mess and water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, i complained about it 4-5 times, but he didn't respond

Room was average but they need to focus on cleaning of washroom. Rooms are to close hence got disturbed because of noises of neighbours voices. Otherwise good.

Average stay close to bus terminal
Despite allowing us to early check-in, later at the time of check out they started demanding money. Rooms are spacious but hygiene not maintained. Close to udaipole bus stop.

Safe and neat stay
It was safe and comfortable stay. All staff members were so coperative. The room was clean. It got a restaurant attached where they serve good food. A 5 min walk from the hotel will get you to the rsrtc bus stand and just 10min to udaipur railway station. Main tourist places are with in 5kk radius
