No parking available. Hotel staff said park you car on Highway which was our own risk. lift was not in working condition. my room was at 3rd floor so I am tired by stairs at up down. Room service was average.

AC Remote not available in the room. I have call 2 times at the reception but after call up to 2 hr no one come to give remote when I am reached to reception and ask for service than response like we are finding remote but it missing, when we found than give you, don't talk with aggressive if you have any issues you can check out right now. because it was rush day of festival so they have more demand for rooms at higher rate. Lift was not in working condition. very rude behaviour. All other services like cleanness Toilet freshness, hot water all other things are good. 1

The food at the hotel restaurant was very bad, also the hotel manager was misbehaving ( not talking with politeness ) with the customer. Other than that, the rooms were quite good, and the amenities are fine. Thanks

Worst hospitality worst facilities

The list of facilities shown while booking, not even a single of them was available. Stinky room and washroom was like public toilets. No water at all in washroom. Irresponsible and very dumb staff. Even after asking 100 times you wont get the help they just ignore. Please please dont go here.
