The property was near the walk-in distance from Udaipur city railway station. It was clean and the staff was good as well. We checked-in early with nominal charges and also the food was good and affordable. It was also near the city palace and gangaur ghat approximately 2 km. It was a nice experience with the hotel and staff.

Poor hygiene, we told them to change the bedsheet after checking in as it was very dirty but they told us that it's clean and due to that I got rashes all over my body midnight, the doormat was not there at bathroom door, They don't know what deep cleaning is!No towels or any other thing provided, would not recommend to anyone who is looking for good hygienic rooms.

With extra amount paid 500- for early checkin waited 1. 5hrs for checkin room was not ready, electricity was irregular and lift was not working properly due to lack of electricity, luggage boy was also not fully attentive to guests, door locks were not properly equipped.

This hotel management staff has no sense to how talk with customer. They had not provided eminities which was already included in the package like ac not started until l we are not reached to them. 1 of 2 room had no ac available for 1 day. Also when i had asked for reimbursement for that they quarrel with us. They not provided drinking water in room. Linnen not provided. Very worst experience with this hotel. This hotel should be remove from mmt
