We relied on the brand but we're very unsatisfied with the stay. Dusty room, stained and soiled bed sheets, pillow covers & blanket. Overall we're regretting our stay there. Worst experience ever. Not at all fit for hotel industry as a partner to esteemed apps

Food is average. Satisfactory. For the budget room is okay.

The location and the assistance of the staff was only good. But the owner was not cooperative at all. He didn't pick up the call despite calling multiple times. When he received, he didn't even bother to listen to me and disconnected the call.
First of all the number provided in the booking receipt doesn't cooperate at all. For most of the time, he didn't receive the call. Secondly the room allotted to me had a bathroom, which is used for common purpose by all the people roaming around there. One of the doors of the bathroom was accessible to everyone. So, it was huge privacy issue for me. Additionally, the cleanliness was on some different level. I didn't find a single thing to be concluded as clean one. Overall it was the worst ever experience for me. I would recommend noone to go for this hotel and i expect mm t should ensure the quality of the rooms themselves.
