A bit small but neat n clean room located in heart of the city. convenient for group travel. Staff behavior is good too.

it's a 4 bhk apartment good for solo traveller and family and group it's best benefit is the distance of casino lane, fontainhas,dona paula , immanuate conception Church from here is below 1/2 km or 10/15 min distance maximum best for cleanliness,scooty & taxi available below apartment .

The place was very well maintained and the staff were very cooperative. Also the travelling from this location was decent.

It is a very good hotel with all the basic amenities of 24 hrs electricity and 24 hrs water (with geyser. The room and bathroom are very clean and tidy. The owner was also good, he helped me with the booking which was showing pending through my end but he confirmed the same. The helper durga was very attentive, he is very helpful. We also enjoyed a movie on netflix that night. My daughter also enjoyed youtube on the tv. They also provide u with free wifi.

The Rooms and bathroom are very clean and with advanced facilities. The surrounding locality is also good, just near Caculo Mall. Also you can easily get rickshaws nearby for transportation. Overall a pleasant and good stay.
