Location is peaceful. Behind Bangla saheb Gurudwara... Near to cannaught palace. Homely stay, Good food, good service.

Don’t recommend at all, no ventilation in room, congested, smelly bed. Food is the only good thing, but overpriced.

The property was nice and decent to stay as staff is nice and soft spoken also. You can take your family for stay as well.

Awasthi kozy stays is a decent property located very close to VFS &CP market. Vfs is at walking distance. It is well maintained. Rooms were very well kept. Breakfast was good and staff also very supportive. Only drawback is that it is on 2nd floor and there is no lift. Little difficult for senior citizens. However the staff did help in carrying the luggage. Overall a good stay at reasonable price

Awasthi Kozy stays is in calm, clean street near to VFS global at Shivaji stadium metro. Entrance to the apartment is a narrow path but the room is spacious and good. Good cupboard spaces, large bathroom with all fittings. Room we stayed has a pool view , of the swimming pool in the other Street backside. Good caretaker and nice breakfast. Don't expect the facilities of a big hotel and it's a home stay. Overall nice .

I recently visited Delhi for my VISA-related work. I booked Awasthy Cozy Home Stay through MMT, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. The food served was not only delicious but also healthy—just like home-cooked meals. One of the biggest advantages is the location: the VFS Global center is within walking distance (just about 10 minutes), and New Delhi Railway Station is also nearby, making travel extremely convenient. Finding such a homely, peaceful place in the heart of Delhi is truly amazing. And the breakfast was the cherry on top—simply unbelievable! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, hygienic, and well-located stay in Delhi.

Different quality of rooms are provided for same price to different people. Food was bad. Location was excellent , near to VFS.

Very Rude approach by the owner of the property , no hot water in the bath rooms , Cockroaches every where , very very small rooms was given to me not even 100 sq,ft . area , no Window , No ventilation , very very disappointing

They have not allotted the room and still it is showing rooms available for booking in make my trip app. I waited there hours to look for alternate when they didn't allot me the room
