Staff is very good room is very clean and overall stay is excellent.

i st day ac is not working 2nd some one is coming at 12 noon and repaired ac.intercom not working .

The hotel bed and bed sheets were not at all washed and they were all dirty with stains . The electricity cut happened around 5-6 times and there was no inverter too. The staff didn’t provide the breakfast at 10/30 also . Horrible experience zero value for money

Rooms and even bedsheets were smelling badly. No ventilation in rooms. Staff is not supportive at all. Rooms are very small. Such properties do not deserve to be listed

We reached late at night and they refused to give us the room and were very rude. We checked out first thing in morning though the room was booked for 2 nights

Exceptional service and amenities! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to major attractions. The breakfast spread was impressive. Modern rooms with excellent Wifi. Delicious food at the restaurant, especially the local cuisine. The staff were attentive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel fortune home and i must say, it was an exceptional experience! the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The rooms were average spacious but clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The hotel's location was easily accessible. Many malls are near by. Very near to noida expo center as well. The breakfast spread was delicious and value for money. Having enough varieties. Outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. Overall, i would highly recommend hotel fortune home to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay.

It happend spontaneously. i booked the room few minutes before reaching the hotel. When called for directions they assured me and sent the location immediately to the whats up. The moment I entered the hotel premises every one from the hotel reception to the bell boy every body were the perfect example for politeness. At the reception they managed it so quick and sent all my luggage to the room before I reached. The food was very impression especially that paneer burjee. It melted in mouth. The next day breakfast was also good. Location in a peaceful road and the room was clister clear with all the amenities. No one demanded anything in return. From the entry to the exit, they took care of me. Best in sector 135.
