My stay was okay overall. The place is clean, in a nice location, and the staff were polite and helpful. Only thing that bothered me was the bed. It was a bit too hard even though it was a king-size room, so sleep wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Hotel was excellent. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and the decor was nice. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was easy catchable, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall openion is good.

Average Stay
The stay at AWA Residency was good at a reasonable price. The bathrooms were really neat and they provided everything as per what mentioned in the website. The only issue which I found was that, the bedsheets were too old and also at the same time, the concrete on the top of the room was visible. Don't know whether painted properly or not. The blankets were also felt like, washed back a along time time before. But, considering the price point, it's really good one.

A Decent stay
Use Google maps..just 200 meteres from main road..Room is clean..nothing to complaint about rooms

Awa residency Kakkanad
Simple and neat rooms. But many occupants were smoking in the corridor. True property owners shall allot to families in the ground floor only, so that they students/employee/other occupants, so that the pungent smell of smoking can be avoided to the families. The tooth brushes shall be given in equal to the members of occupants. They gave only 2 toothbrushes for 2 rooms where in 5 occupants are there. The extra towels are so small like napkins, they shall ensure proper size towels to be provided. The reception guys are cordially and active.

Disappointing
Wasn't a great experience. The room was below average. The halls were smelling like cigarettes. And i booked for three adults but there was just one bed for 2 people and one mattress on the floor.

Bad room and bad bed in this room and fan has sound in it and so many problems in that room i am not recommend

neat and calm atmosphere.. good staff hospitality .. i went with my 3 children, and feel safe to stay and comfortable... they allow food from out side. (also zomato swigy). i recommend this residency to everyone♥️
