The property was nice along with friendly staff but the food was very average and can improve a lot.

We just find this property on MMT . Quality of food is poor they dont see what you order or not they will give you food according to their menu only what they have cooked . Gaurd will call you again and again saying “gadi yaha laga lijiye” even he can take keys and park himself but he dosent know how to drive . When you will leave the hotel they will please you to give good reviews instead they will give you a whole paragraph they have written themself to write on MMT and google review. All rooms photos they have uploded on MMT are AI creates very poor rooms please do not visit there are 1000’s of better properties in Jim Corbett on MMT also . Please MMT have a look over their AL photos . Even they do not initiate cancellation of room in any condition.

Complaint Regarding Pathetic Stay at Aura by Xperience Booked via MakeMyTrip Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Aura by Xperience, which was booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards I expected and what was promised at the time of booking. Despite repeated complaints to the hotel staff, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly throughout my stay. The room remained uncomfortably warm, making it impossible to rest or relax. To make matters worse, the room service team outright refused my request for cold water and ice cubes during the night, citing unacceptable reasons. There WIFI was not working as well. Such basic amenities are fundamental expectations for any hotel stay, and their unavailability caused extreme inconvenience and disappointment. The overall stay was pathetic and left me extremely dissatisfied. I request MakeMyTrip to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the property for such poor service standards. Additionally, I would appreciate suitable compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience I faced during this stay.

Rooms are not upto the mark.AC was not working properly and food was OK but options were very less.Alao staff was very ok

it was a lovely stay at Aura by experience Room was Decent and clean staff also very supportive..food also was Good..but one thing is very disappointed of Restaurant that Waiter from Restaurant came at afternoon to collect the empty dishes..and was continue knocking the door while we were sleeping..this should be not happen with guest especially at afternoon...except this all was good

Beautiful ambience and great service. The food over there is great too. Well kept garden and many indoor sports to play.

We had booked 2 premium rooms for our stay and they were nothing short of amazing. The rooms were quite spacious with clean bathrooms and the staff was hospitable. The food was amazing! Specially the breakfast buffet, contained lots of variety with delicious taste. I would recommend everyone to go for this property. PS: We also spotted a lot of deers in front of the property

The Premium rooms are spacious, featuring a small entrance area with a table, chair, and tea kettle. The bathroom includes two basins, a separate bath area, and a Western toilet. The room itself is well-lit with large windows, a comfortable large bed, and a connecting patio and balcony that can serve as a play area for kids or a cozy spot for evening chats. The cafeteria offers a good variety of buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, served by polite and well-behaved staff who cater to your appetite. Additionally, there are long gardens for kids to expend their energy through play. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hospitality. Food was mouth watering. Must stay property. Very clean felt like home. Washroom was dry and clean

The stay was amazing

we were a group of 11 visited aura by xperience for the first time there were children with us as well , the staff took very much care of us specially children and there food was surprisingly very nice you can literally compare with some 5 star hotel …. big swimming pool, ghod food , very spacious rooms were some highlights. morning safari arranged by hotel was perfect to complete our trip.

No difficulty in finding the location, located near the main road. I opted for the elegant room with private plunge pool amenities were not up to the mark. Lacked basic amenities, tv was not working (they fined it for me later, no wifi coverage (later fixed but still didn't work properly. Ac was not effective enough for such large room. Ac in the reception area and dining area is not working at all. Basic hygeine not maintained in evening high tea area. The only good thing good about the trip was the food. We had buffet dinner and breakfast. All the dishes included in the meals were simply amazing and lipsmackingly deliscious. Thanks to their chef. Their service and amenities do not justify the price they charge.

I visited this place on 28th jun e 2024 later in the evening with my wife and 9 year old son. Rooms shown in the picture and in reality are the same but not maintained at all especially the balconies. So think before you book this property. Ac in the rooms are just for name sake, we had a terrible stay at night as ac was just working but not cooling at all. The staff is good but what they can do if management is not supportive. Below average property.
