The Banyan retreat (By Excel Hotels & Resorts)

The property was huge and perfect for a weekend getaway. The breakfast had a good spread but taste was average. Though they did bring fresh and hot parathas and other stuff. Pool was really good and clean. However the banyan gaon rooms weren’t worth the price paid for. Acs weren’t working for some rooms. I have a mixed feeling to this as after complaining multiple times service was slow but eventually they did upgrade us to a better room because of the complaint. Other than that, overall a good choice of property.

Overall a great experience. A perfect getaway with family. Hotel infrastructure was amazing. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. Thanks Arjun for taking care of us. Food was very delicious and fulfilling. Kids also enjoyed their stay. The adventure activities were a let down due to most of them being down with maintanence. But the indoor area and the pool made up for it. Would definitely recommend it!

I travel-led there with my wife son and my father, initially i was reluctant to book this resort but when i went there everything was so perfect from the view ambience breakfast dinner and their hospitality. One of the best resort if anyone is visiting jim corbett. I am looking forward to explore their other properties too. Thankyou tag resort for being such a good host !

what an incredible experience we had.....such a beautiful resort with excellent staff. Everyone was so perfect in hospitality that we didn't feel that we are meeting them first time. Special thanks to Mr. Vikas who made our Stay perfect and Mr. Sumit Rawat, who was always present whenever we needed anything. We'll definitely visit the resort again.

This is a good place where you can stay with family and enjoy. The property is big enough and you can explore the nature here. Food is amazing. The only things for improvement will be to have a kids area with some rides to keep them engaged and enjoy.

Resort located near village and it give you the feeling of remote area. Food and service of the resort was excellent.
