Overall nice experience.
Perfect Hotel choice for family. 1.Rooms- Spacious and well maintained. 2.Washroom - Best in condition. 3.Staff- Polite and very very helpful. if early check- in is required , request in advance, if rooms will be available they will surely consider. 4.Travel cab- Hotel management arranged on request and it was in a good budget. 5. Distance from beach - walkable 7-10 min distance from hotel. CONS- Restaurant not available in premises.

Not worth the price, A 2600 rupees room provides such a low quality blanket and 2 different blankets are 2 people in a single room.Room amenities are not up to mark for a 2600 room should have.Staffs are polite and good.

I have booked 2 Deluxe Rooms but at the time of check In received only One Room we have to adjust for some more times . I think there is no confirmation call given to the Hotel for Room Check and Availability. plays a vital role for the received and completion of room on available timing. This is a bad Experience received.

You had booked 1 Deluxe Double Bedroom and 1 Premium 4-Bed Family Room. While the family room was ready, the double bedroom took some time due to the rush of Eid al-Adha holiday. We didn't have a chance to make it up to you and serve you well as you checked out within 1.5 hours due to some perosnal issues. But we'd like to apologise for the inconvinience caused while requesting and inviting you again at our property for a full stay. familystay was nice. the hotel is just 800 meters away from the temple. its very near to the beach as well. there are nearby restaurants and food stalls as well. the staff were really nice and the property was neat and clean.

All the services were good. Clean rooms, bedsheet, towels bathroom was very clean. Only thing that i did not liked is they do not provide food and they don't have a dinning facility.

The stay was average. Hotel room was not as satisfactory as shown in picture specially bathroom was not upto the mark.

Terrible Stay
Pictures posted are not even close to reality. Room is in extremely poor condition. Room is dirty and smells bad. Stains everywhere. Booked family room in the pictures you showed 2 beds there was only one bed. Donโt even want to talk about bathroom we just left without even taking shower. I can go on and on but what is the point you will not take any action or compensate for my inconvenience. Such a waste of time telling you all this.

But what is even more concerning for us is that you didn't tell us anything about your grievances during your stay. You've written the room was in "extremely poor condition" with smell. We are wondering how did you manage to spend a night in the room with your family there if the problem was so huge. It causes more wonder to us as service providers because we don't adhere to such standards ourselves, let alone our guests bear it. If you had let us know about your issues during your stay, we would have surely made amends, changed your room or even provide a full refund if your claim was true. But you didn't mention any issues to us. We are always available to our guests and will make all the efforts even beyond our boundaries to help them. But communication is a must in situation like these where you bestow your trust on us for a comfortable stay as well as us on you for a truthful review. We urge you to connect to us once more the next time you are in Puri and we promise to make your stay positive to all extent.
