Review Of Asara a 5star like property behind Novotel Kolkata

Overvalued and over priced hotel in terms of service and location. No services, staff isn’t trained for hospitality business. They are working and treating customers as a low grade hotels. Lot of huts are there. No towel were there in toilets and they locked main gate after 11:00 pm and were sleeping. No room service and food was available and we had to order from Swiggy. I found owner has invested his lot of money and wants to make good room however his service staff and management are ruined his money.

The place, the view from premium deluxe room is too pretty. The service is excellent.

It was excellent. Food was awesome. Ambiance was breathtaking and staff was so supportive. Overall it was a good experience.

Firstly please calling this property as a hotel, actually it’s rented flat with no amenities. I’ve to struggle for cotton, dinner, and breakfast. All things i’ve to arrange from outside. Recommendation- please don’t choose lunch, dinner or even complementary breakfast.

Property and location is good. Hospitality and Management is below avarage. Staff were not fully trained for hospitality industry.

Rooms are very cozy. Location is good, you can go for early morning walk as the roads in the morning are less crowded. The only push back is that they don't have in-house kitchen.

Breakfast was not great and was not having any alternate options.

Room was ok. But. The described adress is wrong and the food in complementary breakfast is a formality only. No choice in food and they don't offer anything non-veg. Bathroom was not clean. No security in hotel. And not accessible 24*7. They also refused to give a gst bill. I suffered a lot.

It's good property when look in from homestay perspective how services need to improve for the price range they offer.

Terrible service by the staff, the staff and owner don’t have the manners how to talk to guest and on asking gst invoice staff telling him deta hain jisko bolna hain bol doo

Pleasant stay ! all the mentioned amenities present and upto mark. Room was spacious, clean and air conditioned.
