Nice and decent property. Gentle and helpful caretaker. Location is far from the temple and main beach but very peaceful and not populated. Parking for even bigger cars. Lift facility, tv, wifi, ac in working condition. All basic required kitchen appliances were available. Found the place neat and clean during chek in. One of the best properties to be opted for a group of 4 to 6.

Property is in very good location, behaviour of staff also good but as per terms it is not proper of property details, no terrace facilities given, kitchen utensils are not proper as shown in the details, air conditioner not properly working, overall it's average in my view.

Place is good, beach is just about 100 meters away, caretaker is good person very helpful but basic issues like bedsheets, pillows, winter blankets are not clean. Bad smells observed from winter blankets, near by area good restaurants does not exists. You have to take auto to reach golden beach to find some good restaurants. Auto fare minimum rs. 150 for every trip return to home stay rs. 150.

Overall start was pretty good. The property is exactly as shown in the picture, fit for a family of 4-6 with a fully equipped kitchen. The host is very polite and approachable. Swargadwar beach is easily accessible by auto and totos. There are many restaurant options available within 2-10 mins walking distance. Only cons is, the property needs to be better maintained. There were a lot of walls with peeling paints and cranky window panes.

Everything is up to the mark here. No complain. All staffs are well behaved & very much cooperative. Last but not the least property owner is very good human. Thanks anvy. Thanks mmt.
