    Worst experience in customer handling in Annai International

    We have booked for a studio apartment. But at the Last minute we came to know that their is electrical work. so they gave us rooms in annai international hotel 3rd floor. Worst management in client Serving.. even for room cleaning we have call 10 times and go directly twice to inform them.. even for empty plates and water bottle also they are not ready to provide. Rest room towels were not available as all went for laundry on the second day. Name only says international hotel but hotel is not even worthy for 1 star.
