Review Of Amirtha Nivas in White Town

We booked this property "Amirtha Nivas" in Pondicherry(White town) for 2 days and made the payment before a month but when we reached there the owner said that the property is not available at this time and we can't provide you this property, and made some useless explanations. later he said we can provide you another so called villa, which was actually a 2 bhk useless standalone building named "Annie Villa" which was not available on map, in a mass area where the road was absolutely ridiculous and the area too. The bedsheets were not washed even. how could someone confirm the booking a month ago when the property is not going to be available. So I'm not gonna book any property from make my trip ever again. Thanks to make my trip for giving the worst ever experience of my life.

The check-in extended for 4 hours,it created stress and we spent 4000 for the hourly rental cab to engage ourselves. Please return us ₹4000 which we spent excess from our pocket ,

Amritha nivas, the room is big but had to climb 2 floor stairs and there is no hanger or toiletaries provided

The hotel was a complete letdown. The photos on MakeMyTrip's website were misleading. We booked a room with a king bed and 2 single beds, but got a king-size bed and a mattress instead. The service was poor - no luggage assistance, and it took multiple calls for a blanket. No amenities were provided. Avoid this hotel!
