Hot water is not available there. It's not necessary. If anyone need hot water in summer. You don't need then nobody need. It is not compulsory. You have to arrange hot water all time and services. Normal just normal.

The entrance area was so bad that I couldn't care enough to go inside...it was not looking like a family stay place

It was a nice short stay.Room was good.It had nice ambience.Location is also great.But kettle was not working.

Staff was good but the room condition were very poor restaurant was great food was great but the room wasn’t nice as construction is going on there room charges were high as per their services

1. Receptionist is an uncle who looks strict no smile no greetings nothing. 2. Room is good but bed is cheap you can't sleep. 3. refrigerator in room is not working. 4. Ac is not working properly. look like they set it at 24 . 5. in place of 5 curtains they they only 3 and all 3 are very dirty. 6. bed sheet & pillows have yellow strains. 7. food quality is so good if they pick up call they will deliver it in 10 minutes ( overall food quality is super ) 8. disturbance in landline. 9. for 2 person only 1 towel is provided and i called them they didn't pick up. 10. they are charging night and still no smart tv in room.

The room was really nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom as well was very neat. Absolutely delicious food, have zero complaints.

room was bad smelling and looking very old property , bathroom water leakage , so much seepage in room , used bed sheet , over all room was not good

Just don’t go , you will regret , rooms are not proper clean , hair are all over the bed , never going back again

It was quite an average experience the food was not up to the mark it was so so the sheets were also quite dirty

Earlier it was a good place to stay but now it's an average property. Maintenance is weak, lack of cleanliness.

The rooftop lounge was very beautiful and the food (except a few items such as the pasta and lime soda) was pretty good, not the best, but pretty good, especially the non veg. The room itself was extremely unkept and dirty, with stains across the entire sheets, the walls in poor condition and the dustbin out of order. The washroom was kept well but the toilet seat was broken and the flush took around 30 minutes to collect enough water for one flush. Our room was pretty tiny and without any windows but i guess the low cost may be accountable for that. The walls were not at all soundproof and you could hear inappropriate sounds from other rooms if u dared to sit in the lobby. Otherwise the service was fantastic the staff were very polite and always on time and immediate with their response. Overall a good stay but couldve been much much better

Dear team your hotel not clean tv not working and light issue 2 barr off room light. Hot water not available this room

Everything was fine but the service was poor because there was neither a towel in the washroom nor any slippers in the room. And after waiting for a long time, i called and then after asking, it was given to us.

Hygiene is a major issue here. Bathroom spelling of pee, used bed sheets, dirty towels. Had to get everything changed. The rooms are stuffy with flies. All in all, never coming back

The hotel was located at nice and easy to access location. Ambience was good. Food was very good. Will try to visit again soon.

Overall it was an average room. Soap dispenser was broken, bed lights were not working, fridge was also not working
