Good stay. However food quality and taste can be improved along with Breakfast Buffet. Staff is friendly and effieint.

Room was average, staff was inexperienced, hotel is not 4 star, wash room were not good

Hotel Bathroom was horrible, lock was not working, After complaining no concrete action was taken. Food was not upto the mark not even fresh fruits. Mice were running freely in Restaurant. Total waste of money.

Poor service quality, no WiFi, you need to call 1000 times before receiving anything. Not worth the money they charge.

Good Part: - Their housekeeping team is really good at treating customers. They showcased what actually good customer experience feels like Bad Part: - They are not solution providers; rather, go by books. Ex: I wanted to extend my checkout by 1 hour but they said straight NO. Though there could be rooms occupied for the next day; but, solution here could have been: you can have a coffee at their cafe. Also, their rooms were not occupied for the next day - During check in, I came a bit early and room was ready; still they asked for 1500/- for early check-in, which later they adjusted. In nutshell, the way you treat your customers make sure they either come back to your hotel or not. In my case, I will try some other hotel at the same price, the next time - Room AC made a lot of noise - You cannot operate fan with lights turned off

Location and room was excellent. But they didn’t serve us complimentary breakfast as we were just 15min late. Which was not expected from such a big hotel.

Stay was ok but water bottle and soda price was tooo much high

room is good, bar is good but Verity is very poor. no pub available. breakfast Verity is not so good.

Terrible hotel . Not clean , dirty towels , broken down electrical switches , dirty floors and no hot water in the bathroom.

they overcharged for everything, 160 rs. for a bottle of water. unprofessional staff. they forcefully tell you to rate 5 and they will click photos of it. unsatisfied for the value they are taking. no service no cleanliness.

Really bad experienced with hotel … room are old staff need grooming they are not from hospitality industry. They don’t understand English . I call the restaurant in morning to have hot tea … staff reply us team will be serve in buffet not in room 😆

Good food and staff

Overall services was good but i had some difficulties at the time of breakfast, no one told me earlier breakfast timing and when i went to restaurant for breakfast at 10:37 they said timing over for breakfast. When i complaint her about the same no one told me before for the same they said we only have poori bhaji only which can we serve you, and they had served but when they served us there attitude like they serving for some beggar, that was so rude and outrageous behaviour, i had good experience when i checked in but i had very bad experience and i feel very disappointment from restaurant manager behaviour.

The food was really good and tasted like authentic punjabi food. The room was good as well as clean. I could see a nice view of the town from my room. Best part is it also has a very professional salon with haircut just at 99₹. Overall great experience.

After renovation property is looking good for stay. Also they have to improve services as well.

we had a large size room and a good sized toilet. it was a pleasant stay. the hotel is little aging but in good condition.

Let me share a honest feedback that the property is good, but the service is poor and response time is very high, this was my second stay in this hotel but will explore something else rather this.
