I wanted to add an extra guest but the guy at front desk asked for too much money, exactly half of the booking that i already did for an executive king bed room. He was rude, non-compliant and arrogant. He didn't listen to mm t even when they called. The service in the extra half rent was only stay, no other amenities, i was ready to do that even and i asked him to give the room but he said no, only when i get the confirmation from mm t (which i already got) and paying up right now at that moment. It was weird, he was behaving like we were not gonna pay up afterwards. So we left the hotel without any refund and manually booked the hotel without mm t. I think mm t need to take care of its customers, this was really uncomfortable and unsavoury.
