Shockingly there were power cuts very often in such a big hotel. The staff are rude liars. They don’t know what customer service is.

The property was really nice and they maintained it well. Location was peaceful, away from the chaos of city. Food taste was good and a value for money. The buffet they spread has lots of variety and again they maintained the taste. Staffs were polite and courteous. Overall a great experience.

The property is Good, The food is also Good and the facilities are almost awesome . And all is well.

We couldn’t sleep whole night as few guest staying on 3rd floor were making a lot of noise and hotel staff was not able to manage the same at all. Even duty manager was busy in sleeping and least bothered about guest discomfort. It was pathetic. I never have had such experience throughout my lifetime. Overall it’s a Poorly managed property with untrained staff.

The Property is somewhat good considering the standards of Sarovar Portico, however in Saharanpur, there is no other hotel to match the standards of Sarovar Portico. The staff is really nice and welcoming, they are professional. A special mention of The Manager Mr. Dipanshu is must.
