Terrible Stay
"Dear kathi king Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I found the conditions to be quite unhygienic, with a lack of hospitality. Essential amenities such as towels, soap, shower facilities, and proper hand cleansing options were missing. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the guest experience.
