bathroom water low pressure, dirty towel. Telephone wire broken, no lift available.

had a meeting in their banquet only, heritage garden. food and service was really good. maitainence of room and banquest with was good too . it was a budget friendly place.

Staff was friendly. Overall clean and hygienic place. Location is very good. Highly recommend property in kurukshetra

Worst. I demand fo gst bill which they can easily provide but they refused for the same. Even i tried to get it touch with them over hotel number but they are not cooperating.

the rooms are too small. cleanliness is very poor. beddings are also not clean. the condition of the rooms is not even one percent of what is shown. it's a very old hotel with old air conditioners and furniture.

Very poor hospitality seen in my life …No tv working washrooms are dirty ..beds are very dirty..Roofs are very bad conditions

1. Light arrangements was not proper in the hotel. More than 1 hr there was no light during day time. 2. Room was not clean. 3. No intercom facility in the room for contacting to reception and for room service.
